摘要
本文分析了辽宁省暴雨洪水和干旱的特点及雨洪资源利用的潜力;通过研究大伙房水库实时预报调度实施的具体情况,提出了通过水库实时预报调度及兴建小型水利工程有效拦蓄雨洪资源,使雨洪资源转化为可利用的水资源。
The paper analyses the characteristics of storm flood and drought and the potential of rainfall flood resources in Liaoning province. The paper puts forward that the rainfall flood resources are impounded by real forecast regulation of reservoir and construction of water project making rainfall flood resources transforming to useful water resources on the basis of studying real forecast condition in Dahuofang reservoir.
