摘要
为研究金银花快速育苗技术,进行了不同处理的金银花扦插育苗试验。结果表明:进行金银花扦插育苗时采用浓度为75μg/ml的NAA浸枝效果最佳;不同的生根剂混合可大大提高扦插成活率及生物量;用25μg/ml的6-BA浸枝时间以30~40min最好;在扦插土壤中施入适量的复合肥作底肥可提高金银花扦插成活率;金银花以2a生4mm粗的无叶穗条扦插较易成活。
A cuttage experiment was carried out to study the technology of rapid propagation of Japanese honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica Thunb). Soaking of the cutting woods with NAA 75 μg/ml gave the best result. Treatments with various rooting-promoting mixtures significantly improved the survival and biomass growth of the plants. The optimum time for soaking treatment with 6-BA (25 μg/ml) was 30~40 min. Placement of compound fertilizer and chicken manure into the cutting-bed increased the survival rate of the cuttings. 4 mm thickness leafless cutting woods taken from 2-year-old honeysuckle plants survived most readily.
