Dezhou is one city of lacking water resource . The excessive mining of many years has resulted in the continued falling of groundwater level . the lacking of water resource has become an important factor to limit the continued development of dezhou. This paper researches the environment、feature of groungwater and today's status. The paper uses the viewpoint of continued development 10 discuss the strategy about the continued using of groundwater in dezhou.
