茶树菇过氧化物酶的研究

A Study on Peroxidase Isozymes of Agrocybe Aegerita

报道了茶树菇在不同发育时期的菌体组织的过氧化物酶同工酶的研究.研究发现,茶树菇在不同生长期有不同的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱.在菌丝体阶段,过氧化物酶分布较稳定,活性随生长天数增加持续递减;在子实体阶段,过氧化物酶同工酶条带数及活性均随生长天数增加而衰减.

The Peroxidase Isoenzyme of Agrocybe Aegerita is studied in different growing periods.The results find that the difference in their Isoenzyme spectrums is obvious with evident specificity.The POD's distributor of many strip of enzyme of Agrocybe Aegerita is rather stable,its activity is reducing sequentially during mycelium growing stage;the number of enzyme zones and its activity of the POD enzyme reduces during the fruitbody growing periods.
