在现代信息技术创造的网络环境下,图书馆的现代信息服务工作呈现出电子化、社会化、个性化、现代化、智能化等新的特点。为搞好网络环境下的读者服务,应改变传统的服务观念,进一步深化“读者至上”的观念,并在工作中不断提高自身素质,提高检索水平,注重个性化服务,重视读者教育。

In the network environment created by the modern information technology, the modern information service of the library presents the new characteristics of electrification, socialization, individualization, modernization and intellectualization.
