From aspects of developing features, components, main techniques and functions of digital library, this paper discusses on some relevant problems of the construction of digital library, and points out that the challenge of the construction of digital library for the librarians is assignable, and increasing the librarians' comprehensive quality is a necessary condition for the organization and management of the network information resources.
