系统地阐述了在我国改革开放的形势下,道德建设与市场经济的相互依赖与相互促进的关系,在此基础上,提出了有中国特色社会主义道德建设的总体框架。

This paper systematically explains the relation of mutual dependence and mutual promotion between the morale construction and market economy under the condition of reform and opening to the outside world, and based on this puts forward the whole framework of the morale construction with Chinese socialist characteristics.
