构建广西与东盟农业科技合作平台及对策研究

Study on Building the Platform for Agricultural Scientific and Technical Cooperation between Guangxi and the East Union

中国与东盟是世界上经济发展最活跃的地区,构建广西—东盟农业科技合作平台,努力推动广西与东盟国家的农业科技合作与交流,是为广西乃至我国农业企业、农产品走向东盟市场,为我国农业持续发展提供支撑的重要内容。文章在分析了广西与东盟国家农业科技合作的有利条件和现状的基础上,论述了合作的目标、原则、策略、重点和方式及其平台的基本框架,并提出了相应的对策和措施。

China and the East Union are the most active regions for economic development. Building the platform for agricultural scientific and technical cooperation between Guangxi and the East Union and promoting the agricultural scientific and technical cooperation and exchange between Guangxi and the East Union is beneficial to Guangxi's and even China's farming enterprises and farming products to enter the East Union market and provides support for our country's agricultural sustainable development. Based on the analysis on the current situation and the favorable conditions of agricultural scientific and technical cooperation between Guangxi and the East Union, this paper describes the target, principle, strategy, focus and ways of the cooperation and the basic frame of the platform, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
