Generation and Supply of Electric Power by Decentralized Electric Sources Is the Developing Direction of Power Industry in 21st Century

近年来世界上发生的多次大面积的停电事故,及大型电站造成严重的环境污染,大大改变了人们对现代电力系统的认识与看法。论证了“大机组、高电压、大电网”的现代电力系统是非常脆弱的,在战争状态和恐怖活动袭击下更是不堪一击,并认为分散电源将是21世纪电力工业的发展方向。

Several large-area power failure accidents that happened in the world recent years and the severe environmental pollution caused by large-scale power stations have varied very much people's recognition and thought of the modern electric system. This paper discusses on that the modern electric system with large unit, high voltage and large electric network, which is very fragile, will collapse at the first blow in the war conditions and at the terrorist attacks, holding that the decentralization of the electric sources will be the developing direction for the power industry in 21st century.
