摘要
按热计量合理收费和控制管理已是大势所趋。从我国的实际需要出发,提出了多种分户计量采暖费用的设计方案和系统形式,并对各种方案的优缺点进行了分析和比较。
The rational charge based on thermal measurement and controlled management has been an irresistible trend. Starting from the real need of our country, this paper puts forward various design schemes and system forms of family-based measurement of the heating-fee, and makes analysis and comparison of the merits and demerits of each scheme.
