Countermeasures for Reducing Initial Dust Exhausting Concentration of Industrial Boiler

通过工业锅炉试验,分析研究了锅炉燃烧方式、煤种、锅炉负荷、过剩空气系数及运行操作等几种对工业锅炉初始排尘浓度有重要影响的因素,并有针对性地提出了一些能有效降低工业锅炉初始排尘浓度的方法和措施。

Through Industrial boiler test, this paper analyzes and studies on several factors of boiler's combustion mode, coal species, boiler load, excess air coefficient and operation, etc. on the initial dust exhausting concentration of industrial boiler, and puts forward some corresponding methods and measures for reducing effectively the initial dust exhausting concentration of industrial boiler.
