Studies on the Middle and Small Firms' Financing Problem

针对目前中小企业在市场竞争中面临的融资难问题,分析了造成其融资困境的原因,并从加快发展中小商业银行、对直接融资市场进行制度改革等几个方面提出了解决融资难题的路径。

In the light of the problem of difficult financing faced by the middle and small firms in the market competition at present, this paper analyzes on the causes of the situation of the financing of the middle and small firms, and provides some paths of solving this difficulty from some aspects of speeding up the tempo of the development of the middle and small commercial banks, and carrying out the reform on direct financing market.
