摘要
本文介绍了钠碱法用于脱除烟气中二氧化硫的实验,测定了不同工况下二氧化硫的脱硫效率。结果表明,在以下操作条件下:pH=10～11;碱液流量控制在140～160L/h;SO2流量在60～120ml/min之间脱硫率可达95%。
The experiment on FGD by natrium-alkali method is introduced in this paper,and the desulfurization efficiency is set out in various functions. The results shows that the desulfurization efficiency can reach 95% under the conditions as follows: pH=10～11; the rate of flow of NaOH=140～160L/h; the rate of flow of SO_2=60～120ml/min; the time of operation must be controlled in 20～30 minutes.
