业主和承包商的寻租分析

Rent-seeking analysis to employer and contractor

针对目前建筑市场业主和承包商的寻租问题进行分析。运用委托代理理论与非对称信息下的静态和动态博弈理论的原理和方法进行研究,对业主与承包商、承包商与承包商之间的信息非对称进行分析并建立数学模型,提出了如何防止业主和承包商寻租。

The paper analyses rent-seeking problem aiming at owner and contractor for current construction market. By using of principle and method of commission agent theory, and static state and dynamic state game theory of information asymmetry, the mathematics model is established. The information asymmetry was analysed between employer and contractor, contractor and contractor, and the way of preventing employer and contractor from rent-seeking was proposed.
