在科技全球化背景下,我国科技发展面临着科技人才竞争、科技水平和科技能力等方面的挑战。由此,我国科技发展应在战略调整、科技创新、人才引进与培养、体制改革等几个方面采取相应的对策,以提高对科技全球化的应对能力。

The development of china's science and technology is faced with challenges in the field of competition of technical talents,science and technological level and competence in the contert of technological globalization.Therefore,countermeasures for developing the country's science and technology should be taken in the aspect of strategy adjustment,science and technology innovation,talent introduction and training as well as institutional reform so as to improve the responding ability of the technological globalization.
