摘要 介绍利用大功率绝缘栅极晶体管 (IGBT)配合脉冲升压变压器组成的高精度高压脉冲电源。该电源利用复杂可编程逻辑器件 (CPLD)产生触发信号 ,通过微机、单片机、CPLD实现脉冲频率、脉冲宽度和脉冲个数的微机控制 ,且脉冲宽度能够以 1 μs步长增减 ,满足了脉冲电场非热效应处理技术应用的研究。 A high precise and high voltage pulse generator made up of high-power IGBT and pulse transformer is proposed. It utilizes PC, MCU and Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) to generate trigger signals. Pulse frequency, width and numbers of the high voltage pulse generator can be controlled by PC in some ranges. The power is very suitable for the research of non-thermal effect on pulsed electric fields,and can provide the increase and decrease of the pulse width by 1 μs.
