摘要
在当今社会,投资者关系管理对于企业具有至关重要的作用。而大多数企业管理层并没有意识到投资者关系管理对于公司长远发展的战略意义,投资者关系管理尚存沙漠化现象。针对此种现状,加强投资者关系管理的必要性和紧迫性就显得尤为突出,我们应进一步提出优化投资者关系管理的对策,从而来解决投资者关系管理的沙漠化现象。
In modern society, investor relations management has played an important role in
enterprises, but most managers do not realize its strategic significance on long term development
of enterprises and desertification phenomenon of investor relations management still exists. Based
on this, this paper explains necessity and urgency of strengthening investor relations management
and puts forward countermeasures of optimizing investor relations management in order to solve
the desertification phenomenon.
