论贵州省农业结构的战略性调整

On the Strategic Adjustment of Agricultural Structure in Guizhou

近年来,贵州农业结构不断优化,开始形成了农、林、牧、渔共同发展的格局。但是,还有相当的差距,还必须作进一步的战略性调整,本文对调整的战略意义、基本原则、指导思想及战略重点进行了探讨。认为:贵州农业结构调整必须突出重点,在产业上应突出特色农业和生态农业;在布局上应当突出特色农业产业带和生态农业重点区;在加工上应当培育龙头企业;在产品上应当培育农副产品的品牌和名牌产品。在这些基础上进而培育农业的支柱产业,增强贵州省农业的经济、社会和生态效益。

Recently, the agricultural structure in Guizhou is being optimized and a new situation for joint development of agriculture, forestry, husbandry and fishing is being formed. But the gap still exists and further adjustment is still needed. The present paper discusses on the adjusted strategic meaning, basic principles, guidelines and key strategic areas. The adjustment of agricultural structure in Guizhou must aim at the main points: in terms of production, local-characterized and ecological agriculture should be placed in an crucial position; in terms of layout, specialized and ecological agricultural production zones should be cultivated; in terms of processing industry, pillar enterprises should be developed; and in terms of products, new and famous brands of agricultural and sideline products should be created. Based on these, pillar industries in the countryside should be developed and the economic, social and ecological effects should be enhanced.
