完善和规范我国价格管理法律体系刍议

On Perfecting and Normalizing China's Legal System on Price Administration

《价格法》颁布五年多来,我国价格管理体制得以建立和发展,并在价格管理中发挥着重要作用。但在我国的价格管理法律法规仍存在不少问题,并且面临入世等管理环境的变化和新的挑战,建立和完善价格管理法律体系是十分必要的。

Price Law of the People's Republic of China has been promulgated for more than five years, and the price administration system in China has been establish and developed. It is now playing an important role in price administration. However, many problems still exist in our laws and regulations on price administration. Besides, there appear some new challenges and some changes in the management environment, such as China's entry into WTO. Therefore, it is quite necessary to establish and perfect the legal system on price administration.
