美国的宪政体制堪称目前世界民主宪政体制的典型。其宪法规定和宪政实践决定了美国的“联邦———州”二元立法体制 ,对于我国这样的素有集权传统的大国 ,如何从中汲取有益的经验 ,以应对目前立法领域特别是立法体制中存在的混乱 ,是值得思考的问题。

America's constitutionalism systems can be called the mode of democratic constitutionalism systems. Its constitutional provisions and practices decide the dual legislation systems between federation and states. It deserves thinking about how to obtain the beneficial experience from it and deal with the confusion in the legislations of China.
