摘要
查干银矿床氧化带中银主要以硫化银及卤化银等独立矿物赋存于褐铁矿中,颗粒微细。根据银的这些赋存特点,进行了化学浸出方法的实验研究,确定了适合于该矿石的最佳氰化条件及指标。其工艺参数分别为氰化钠用量为4kg/t、入浸细度为-200目占63%-98%、浸出时间为36h、CaO用量为3kg/t、通氧量以0,4-0.8(min·L)一为宜、浸出矿浆浓度为30%(细磨)或40%(粗磨),提供了工业上应用的参考数据。
The most of the silver in oxidized zone in chagan silver deposit exist in limonit as argentite and iodobromite and in the form of fine particles. The paper presents some chemical leaching way of experiment as determined by the occurrence of silver in oxidized zone, and introduces of optimizing condition for silver leached from ore. The technical parameter consists of 4 kg/t of sodium cyanide, 200 mm 63 %~98 % of the leaching granularity, 36 h of the leaching time, 3 kg/t of CaO, 0.4~0.8(min·L)-1 of the rate of oxygen, and 30 %~40 % of the concentration of ore pulp.
