摘要
用ICP-AES法同时测定人体血清中Al,Be,Cu,Mn,Mo,V六种元素。Al,Cu,Mo的检出限为1—3μmol/l,Be,Mn,V的检出限为0.1—0.3μmol/l;回收率在100±20%之间。该方法耗样少,速度快。
A direct and simultaneous analysis of Al, Be, Cu, Mn, Mo and V in human serum by ICP-AES is conducted. The detection limits for Al, Cu and Mo are 1—3μmol/l while those for Be, Mn and V are 0.1—0.3μmol/l. The recoveries are within 100±20%. This method has many advantages such as high speed and low sample consumption.
