摘要
使用冷风、微量可自然降解油剂 (植物油或酯油 )和少量水 ,经复合喷雾形成的微量油膜附水滴磨削液替代传统磨削液 ,在数控平面磨床上与磨削液分别为微量水、微量油及乳化液、可溶液的磨削加工进行了对比试验。试验结果表明 ,微量油膜附水滴磨削液可以达到乳化液和可溶液同等及以上的磨削性能 ,具有良好的润滑和冷却效果 。
Cooled air, minimum botanic or ester oils and little water were used to form new grinding fluids of minimum oils on water (OoW) by means of combined mist-jet so as to replace traditional grinding fluids. A large number of grinding experiments were carried out on a NC face grinder by using OoW grinding fluids in comparison with water-mist, oil-mist, emulsion flood coolant and soluble water. The experimental results have further shown that OoW grinding fluids can obtain the same and/or higher grinding performances of traditional grinding fluids and also have good lubrication and cooling effects, which are applicable to grinding processes.
