伞滑刃线虫属分类研究进展

Advance in Research of Taxonomy of the Genus Bursaphelenchus

伞滑刃属线虫是重要的寄生线虫。该属松材线虫是中国林业上一种重要的外来入侵性有害生物。随着松材线虫及其近缘种拟松材线虫对森林资源危害性的加重,该属越来越受到广泛重视。迄今报道已有63个种,其中3个种有待查考(speciesinquirendae)、1个种有待确认(speciesindeterminatae)、1个种发现地不详(speciesincer taesedis)、5个裸名(nomennuda)。对松材线虫和拟松材线虫的区分至关重要。为了弥补形态鉴定的不足,还辅以PCR技术鉴别。已开发出的PCR鉴别技术有RAPD,PCR直接鉴别法、RFLP和SSCP等。

The pine wood nematode (Bursaphelenchus xylophilus) is one of the most important exotic forest pests in China. The genus Bursaphelenchus is got more and more notice with serious damage of PWN and its relative species, B.mucronatus. Sixty-three names are listed in this paper, inciuding 3 species inquirendae, 1 incertae sedis, 1 species indeterminatae and 5 nomen nudum. It is crucial to differentiate B.xylophilus and B.mucronatus. The series of PCR techniques are used to overcome limitations in morphological identification of B.spp., such as RAPD, direct PCR identification, RFLP, SSCP and so on.
