当代高校图书馆管理工作的本质在于创新 ,知识经济的主要特点是以不断创新的知识作为生存和发展的基础。高校图书馆作为知识收集、整理、传播、加工的主要阵地 ,必然会对教学发展起到重大的推进作用。因此 ,高校图书馆必须进行深化改革 ,转变管理理念 ,改革管理方式 。

The essence of the managing work in college libraries lies in innovation,and the main feature of knowledge economy exists and grows on the basis of constand knowledge innovation. College libraries,the chief place where knowledge is collected, assorted,spread and processed,must play a more important role in the promotion of teaching.Therefore, we must reform college libraries in a deep-going way,change our managing idea and transform our managing model so as to prepare for the healthy growth of college libraries in the new century.
