氧化铝模板法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯纳米管阵列 被引量:2

Fabrication of Ordered Arrays of Polymethylmethacrylate Nanotube Using Porous Anodic Alumina as a Template

摘要 以高度有序的多孔阳极氧化铝 (PAA)膜为模板 ,利用非常简单的模板润湿技术制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)纳米管阵列 .通过场发射扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)表征了纳米管阵列表面的网状结构和纳米管的孔径等 .结果表明 ,在多孔阳极氧化铝整齐的纳米孔洞中制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯纳米管阵列 ,PMMA纳米管外径约 30 0nm .这种模板润湿法还可以用来制备其他聚合物。 Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) nanotube arrays were fabricated by a very simple method of wetting template based on highly ordered porous anodic alumina (PAA) membrane. The structural characterization including the network like structure surface of the nanotube arrays and the diameter of the nanotubes was carried out by field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It is observed that the PMMA nanotube arrays is uniformly synthesized in the ordered nanochannels of PAA membranes, the PMMA nanotube arrays have uniform outer diameter about 300nm The method can be easily extended to prepare functionalized nanotubes, such as polymer , metal, metallic oxide, and so on.
