摘要
根据力学原理 ,提出了燃气引入管应力计算的方法 ,对以往常用的地下引入管进行了应力计算。结果表明 ,引入管所受应力主要集中在铸铁弯头处 ,随着建筑物的沉降 ,其数值可能接近材料的许用应力 ,存在安全隐患。进而介绍了几种新型燃气引入管 ,能够释放部分应力 ,使其更加安全。
According to the mechanical principles,the stress calculation method for gas intake pipes is put forward,and applied to calculated the stress of normal used underground intake pipes.The outcome indicates that the stresses on intake pipes mainly concentrate on the cast iron elbows,with the building's settlement,hidden trouble may exist because the stress probably is close to the allowable stress.Thus,several now styles gas intake pipe which can release stress partially and increase security are introduced.
