摘要
随着工业的发展 ,粒子污染物的排放标准越来越严格。研制高效、经济的除尘装置迫在眉睫。高梯度磁分离技术在除尘方面具有很好的应用前景。本文阐述了高梯度磁分离技术去除磁性粒子的基本原理、实验研究、影响除尘效率的因素、理论模型的研究以及经济性方面与现在所用除尘装置的比较 。
With the development of industry,emission control regulations are more and more strict,so it is urgent to develop high efficiency and economical dust removal devices.High gradient magnetic separation technology has good application foreground in dust removal.In this paper,we discussed magnetic particle removal by experimental research,influencing factors on dust magnetic removal effciency,study on theory model and economies compared to other dust removal devices.Problems on study of dust removal by high gradient magnetic separation technology are also indicated.
