摘要
本文以探索发光材料BaBr_2:Eu的最佳制备条件为例,介绍了区间消去法在优化制备条件中的应用。在多因素条件的制备过程中,由于采用了降维和复合区间消去法,大大减少了试验次数,特别是对某些未知的新材料,初始制备条件复盖的范围较宽的情况下,本文介绍的方法可以最少的试验次数找到符合要求的最佳制备条件。
The aim of this paper is to introduce the applications of the method of Combined Region Elimination (CRE) to optimization of preparation conditions via preparing luminescent material BaBr_2:Eu. W with the adoption of the method of the reduction of dimensions and CRE, in preparations influenced by multiple facters, the number of experiments is greatly reduced. Particularly for those new materials whose preparation conditions cover a wide region, the method introduced in the paper can offer a good way to finding optimum preparation conditions by doing the minimum number of experiments.
