摘要
在热重(TG)和X射线衍射(XRD)研究的基础上,用扫描电镜(SEM)研究了在热处理中LiMn2O4微观形貌的变化。TG DTA和XRD结果表明加热时LiMn2O4(Cubic)会分解,而在冷却时又能生成。SEM表明热处理后材料的粒径变大、分布均匀性提高,且高温样品的表面、颗粒间和表面层间空隙处有棒状体形成。
In this paper, TG?DTA, XRD and SEM were be used to study the heat treatment of LiMn_2O_4 in air. LiMn_2O_4(Cubic) shows reversible decomposition and formation upon heating or cooling, which can be monitored using TG and XRD. After heat treatment, the uniformity of distribution of particles becomes well. The results of SEM show that there are clava between particles, surface, and interstice between layers of the surface.
