摘要
为了使钢中的夹杂物更好的变性,在250kg非真空感应炉上,对冷镦钢进行了Al和FeSiAl脱氧后喂SiCaBa包芯线的研究,并作了喂SiCa包芯线的对比实验。结果表明,喂SiCaBa包芯线的效果优于喂SiCa包芯线。表现在:能够较快地使钢液的全氧含量达到平衡;钢液的全氧含量和夹杂物面积均有所下降;脱氧产物由Al2O3变为mCaO·nAl2O3或者CaO Al2O3 SiO2复合夹杂物,并近乎完全球化。
This experimental research was carried out on 250 kg non-vacuum induction furnace. The SiCaBa wire was fed into molten cold heading steel after deoxidation with Al and FeSiAl in order to find out its effect on inclusion modification and total oxygen content. The SiCa wire was also used as comparative experiment. The experimental findings show that the effect of feeding SiCaBa wire is better than that of feeding SiCa wire. The equilibrium of total oxygen content was gained rapidly, and both total oxygen content and inclusion area were decreased. Moreover, the inclusion was changed from Al_2O_3 to mCaO·nAl_2O_3 or compound inclusions consisting of CaO, Al_2O_3 and SiO_2, and the morphology of inclusions was changed into globular shape.
