摘要
南京钢铁股份有限公司5号高炉与马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司10号高炉具有不同的冷却结构。在全面测试两座高炉各冷却部位的冷却水量和冷却水温差的基础上,分析研究了它们的冷却状况。该分析结果对改善高炉冷却状况、提高高炉寿命、改进高炉冷却结构的设计具有指导意义。
The cooling system of BF No.5 at Nanjing Iron and Steel Co Ltd is different from that of BF No.10 at Ma′anshan Iron and Steel Co Ltd. Based on the measurement of cooling water flowrate and temperature difference, the cooling conditions on these two BF are analyzed. The result is not only beneficial to improve the cooling conditions of the BF, prolong BF compaign life, but also improve the disigin of cooling system.
