新型旋流扰流絮凝反应器的生产应用

摘要 根据水力旋流理论及絮凝动力学的微涡旋理论,设计了一种新型高效旋流扰流絮凝反应器,包括几种新型扰流装置.在哈尔滨第三水厂(低温低浊水质)以对照比较的方法,考察了旋流扰流反应器在不同竖井流速下的絮凝效果,并讨论了影响旋流扰流絮凝技术的扰流形式、流速、原水水质等因素.结果表明,它的处理效果优于网格反应器.同时还对新型旋流扰流反应器的最佳运行参数进行了试验分析,从而为实际工程中的应用提供了有价值的参考数据. According to the theory of rotational flow of hydraulics and the theory of micro-vortex of flocculation kinetics,a highly efficient and new type of ratational flow and burble flocculator is designed,including several new types of burble devices.The flocculation effect of rational flow and burble flocculator is studied at different flow velocity of shaft in The Third Water Plant of Harbin by a method of contrast.Several elements affecting the flocculation effects,such as the form of net-frame,flow velocity,quality of raw water,are also discussed.The result shows that its flocculation effectiveness is better than the net flocculation basin.And the optimal operational parameters of the new flocculator are experimentally analyzed,thus providing a valuable reference data for the application of the practical engineering.
