摘要
只强调人在组织中的主体地位和主导作用的“人本管理”已不能适应时代的发展,人力资源管理开始向“能本管理”转变。营造有中国特色的“能本管理”理念,主要是形成创新,自我实现,匹配、终身学习、量化、法制化、整合等理念。
HR is demonstrating a preferential position to material resource in the new economy. With the fast development of socialist market economy, knowledge economy, and information economy, the existing 'Power-based management' is out of date. A brand-new thought is being formed progressively in HRM. The brand-new thought is 'ability-based management' as the key content of people's knowledge, intelligence, skills and practice innovative ability.
