摘要
以知识员工为主体的团队是知识型企业运作的重要形式。加强知识型企业团队文化建设,应设定一个共同目标,制定完整的职业发展计划,创造相互信任、相互支持的团队氛围。
The knowledge enterprise is a leading strength in new economy, and the team consists of knowledge talents has become an important form of organization. However, the operation of a team is not easy. This paper analyses the problem existed in the team, and proposes that we should strengthen the cultural construction of team, so that the operation result can be fully achieved and the knowledge enterprise can gain sustainable development.
