摘要
跨国并购和战略联盟都是一种合作竞争的形式,也是当今国际投资的主要形式。二者成因类似,本质上却有着很大的不同,因此我国应该根据企业自身和产业的特点,有选择地使用。
Both transnational merging && acquisitions and strategic alliance are forms of Cooperate Competition, and they are primary forms of international investment. Though the causes of them are analogous, there are prodigious contrasts in essence. The selection of them depends on whether it is mutual beneficial.
