居民收入分配的问题是我国经济体制转型过程中产生的一个突出问题,也是目前人们关注的焦点。防止居民收入差距过大的对策,主要是合理运用宏观调控政策,通过税收手段调节过高收入,通过其他财政政策调节过低收入,并科学运用社会保障制度,取缔非法收入。
