摘要
本文通过对区域形态的分析以及我国生态环境评价现状的阐述,说明我国现阶段在大型基础设施建设项目的评价存在一定的不足,并推出了一种切实可行的评价方法,即先建立一评价指标体系,而后建立运用层次分析法的评价模型。
This paper evaluates the environment effect of the large infrastructure project. From the analysis of the region form and the explanation of the environment actuality we find there are some deficiencies existing in the evaluation of environment effect of the large infrastructure project at present.In this paper we adopt a feasible evaluation method that build an evaluation index system and then build the evaluation model through hierarchy analysis.
