摘要
以门牌号为对象,利用现代图像处理技术,研究基于字符识别的门牌号识别算法,给出了算法的计算机实现方法 计算机仿真结果证明了所提算法的有效性.
The paper taking a doorplate as an object, studies the doorplate recognition algorithm based on the character recognition by making full use of the modern image processing technologies. The computer realization steps of these algorithms mentioned above are presented, computer simulations are studied and the simulation results prove the effectiveness of these algorithms.
