摘要
检察权作为一种贯穿刑事诉讼始终的国家公权力,在保障被害人人权方面具有特殊的职责和价值。我国应明确界定检察权的性质,合理确定刑事诉讼中被害人人权保障的内涵,以便完善检察权在刑事诉讼各个阶段保障被害人人权方面存在的不足。
As a public power throughout criminal procedure, the procuratorial power has special responsibility and value in the protection of victims' human rights. The nature of procuratorial power and the content of victims' human rights should be defined clearly in criminal procedure, so that to complete the insufficient of the procuratorial power in protecting the human rights of victims in each stage of the criminal procedure.
