摘要 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在急性脑梗死 (ACI)中的动态变化及其与病情和梗死灶大小的关系。 方法 采用双抗体ELISA法测定 3 2例ACI患者的第 1、7和 14d血清VEGF水平 ,并分析其与临床特征的关系。 结果  1 ACI发生后血清VEGF即开始升高 ,在第 7d时达高峰 ,第 14d仍维持较高水平。 2 ACI中血清VEGF水平与梗死灶大小及病情轻重有关 ;梗死灶越大 ,病情越重 ,血清VEGF水平越高。 结论 血清VEGF在ACI发生后呈动态变化 ;血清VEGF与ACI的严重程度有关 ,提示动态检测血清VEGF水平对临床判断ACI严重程度及预后可能有一定的指导意义。 Objective To investigate the series changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and their clinial significance in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) Methods Serum levels of VEGF were measured by standard quantitative sandwich ELISA at day 1,7 and 14 after the onset of ACI in 32 patients Results Serum VEGF showed a dramatic increase in serum of ACI patients soon after onset of stroke Mean concentration of VEGF peaked after 7 days and was maintained up to 14 days,and was correlated with the size of infarct and the severity of disease Conclusion Serum VEGF demonstrated a series changes after ACI onset,and was associated with the severity of disease,which suggests that serum VEGF could be a marker indicating clinical characteristics of ACI
