恙虫病肺部并发症的临床分析

Clinical analysis of Tsutsugamushi disease cases with pulmonary complications

目的 分析恙虫病肺部并发症临床表现 ,以提高其早期诊断率。 方法 对 14 5例恙虫病患者 ,通过X线胸片、胸部B超、肺功能等方法进行回顾性分析。 结果 肺并发症占同期恙虫病患者的 2 0 7% (3 0 /14 5 )。临床误诊为其它肺疾患占 41%。胸片基本为渗出性病变 ,表现为双侧肺浸润 2 1例。单侧肺浸润 9例 ,其中 9例伴有胸膜病变。所有病例经氯霉素治疗痊愈。 结论 肺部疾病为恙虫病的常见并发症 ,如能早期诊断及时治疗 ,预后较好。

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations in tsutsugamushi disease patients with pulmonary complications for enhancement of early diagnostic rate. Methods One hundred and forty-five confirmed tsutsugamushi disease patients were retrospectively analyzed by using chest X-ray ,ultrasonography and function test.Results Out of the 145 tsutsugamushi disease patients 30 were found to be with pulmonary complications accounted for 20.6% (30/145); 41 were misdiagnosed as other lung disease; exudative lesions were observed and bilateral lesions were noticed in 21 patients. Conclusion Pulmonary complications were the common seen in tutsugamushi disease patients and the prognosis was good if early diagnosis and treatment could be made .
