摘要 谷胱甘肽S -转移酶 (glutathioneS -transferases ,GSTs)是由多个基因编码、具有多种功能的超家族酶 ,是多种生物体内的主要解毒系统。本文综述了胞液GSTs的分型、结构、底物、抑制剂及纯化等方面的研究进展。 Glutathione S-transferases (GST) is a superenzyne encoded by several genes and possessing multifunctions It is also a major detoxification system in a number of organisms The progress in the research of typing, structure, substrate, inhibitors, and purification of cytosolic glutathione S-transferease has been discussed in this paper
