摘要
通过定位测试和电镜观察等方法 ,研究了花花柴的脱盐能力及脱盐结构 ,证实花花柴有极强的脱盐能力 ,生长第一年能使土壤全盐降低 5 2 %~ 5 6 % ,第二年降低 80 %左右 ,使 0~ 4 0 cm土壤含盐量降到 1%以下 ,基本达到复耕水平 .其脱盐机理与它结构上有泌盐腺、泌盐孔、特殊的表皮收集细胞和活跃的离子跨膜运输等密切相关 .可以认为 。
The desalting ability and the desalting structure of Karelinia caspica were studied by electron microscopy and the test of fixed position in present paper.The results indicated that Karelinia caspica has a very strong ability of desalting.It can reduce the whole salt of soil 52%~56% in first year after planting.In next year,the whole salt of soil can be reduced 80% or so.On the surface layer of soil (0~40 cm),the salt of soil can be reduced under 1% and the soil come basically up to the level of farming.In the anatomy structure of Karelinia caspica ,there are many salt secretors,the holes of secretion,the special epidermis collective cells and the active ability of ion transport of cutting across membrane.It appears that these structures play an important role in the mechanism of the desalting ability.The results also confirm that Karelinia caspica is an outstanding plant to improve the salt environment in inland.
