摘要
研究了自然状况下 2种草原毒草狼毒 Stellera chamaejasme 和棘豆 Oxytropis ochrocephala 在除草剂 灭狼毒 和 灭棘豆 作用下组织结构和膜代谢的变化 .在适当剂量的药剂处理下 ,两种除草剂分别对细胞膜系统产生影响 ,使膜脂过氧化生成 MDA;细胞外渗液的电导率增大 . 灭狼毒 和 灭棘豆 都可以使狼毒和棘豆叶片栅栏组织排列呈疏松变化趋势 ,细胞间隙增大 ,叶肉细胞结构破坏 ,形成大的空腔 ;保卫细胞萎缩 ,气孔下腔增大 .这表明 ,这两种除草剂在各自作用的植物体内部即能破坏植物细胞的膜结构 ,引起原生质电解液外漏 ,导致细胞失水 ,同时还影响植物的运输机能 ,进而影响植物的结构 。
Changes in tissue structure and cytomembrane metabolism of Stellera chamaejasme and Oxytropis ochrocephala that were treated with new kinds weedicide called 'Mielangdu' and 'Miejidou' respectively were studied in this article.After treated with weedicide,much more oxygen free radical (O -· 2) were produced in the two plant.Excessive O -· 2 could lead to the damage of cytomembrane,and as a result,the cytomembrane permeability was increase finally.On the other hand,the two kinds of weedicide could damage cell construct,expand cell interspaces,and shrink the guard cell.These results indicated that the two weedicide could not only damage cytomembrane construct and increase cytomembrane permeability which can lead to lose the water in cell,but also affect the capability of plant to transfer materials and resulted in the plants dead finally.
