摘要
目的 探讨SysmexXE 2 10 0血液分析仪光学血小板 (PLT O)检测的应用价值。方法 用电阻抗法、光学法和手工法同时计数血小板 (PLT) ,以手工法结果为参考 ,分别与电阻抗法和光学法进行比较。结果 3种方法各组段均数之间的t检验差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。在相关性方面 ,电阻抗法、光学法与手工法比较 ,二组段 (PLT <10 0× 10 9/L、PLT≥ 10 0× 10 9/L)的相关系数 (r)分别为 0 .86 83、0 .984 6和 0 .9895、0 .992 1,均高度相关 (P <0 .0 1)。但在PLT <10 0× 10 9/L时电阻抗法r值明显偏低 ,其中部分标本结果还存在较大差异。结论 SysmexXE 2 10 0血液分析仪PLT O检测方法在对低值PLT( <10 0× 10 9/L)计数和一些血液科标本的检测时更有意义。
Objective To study the application value of blood optical platelet(PLT O) with Sysmex XE 2100 blood analyzer. Methods We counted the blood platelets with resistance method, optical method and manual method(comparison method), and analyzed the correlation between the results of the two former methods and the latter method statistically. Results The means from the three methods indicated no significant difference( P >0.05), but there were high correlative coefficients of the two ranges' results(PLT<100×10 9/L, PLT≥100×10 9/L), P < 0.01 . And the resistance method came out evident low value results in PLT<100×10 9/L platelet range, but there still was larger difference in the results of some samples. Conclusions The optical method in platelet assay is more valuable in the assay of low value platelet and some samples of patients suffered from hematologic diseases.
