摘要
目的 对 818株酵母样真菌进行鉴定和药敏试验 ,为临床提供参考。方法 科玛嘉真菌显色培养基分离真菌 ,用ID 32C鉴定 ,ATBFungus自动分析系统测定真菌对氟胞嘧啶两性霉素B、制霉菌素、咪康唑、益康唑以及酮康唑的药敏结果。纸片扩散法测定真菌对氟康唑的药敏结果。结果 818株酵母样真菌以念珠菌属为主 ,其中白色念珠菌的检出率居首位。 15 7株酵母菌的药敏结果 ,以两性霉素B、制霉菌素、氟胞嘧啶的作用最强 ,益康唑的作用最差。 95株酵母菌对氟康唑的药敏结果 ,以克柔念珠菌的耐药率最高 ,达 10 0 %。结论 广谱抗生素、免疫抑制剂和抗肿瘤药物的广泛应用 ,增加了酵母菌的感染机会 ,应加强真菌的检测和耐药性监测工作 。
Objective To identify 818 strains of yeastlike fungi and to detect their drug susceptibility for clinical reference. Methods Fungi were isolated by CHRM agar medium. Identification of fungi was performed by ID 32C. The resistance to antifungal agents, such as 5 fluorocystine, Amphotricin B, Nystatin, Miconazol, Econazol, Ketoconazol, was detected by ATB Fungus automatic analysis system. The susceptibility to flucona zole was tested by K B methods. Results The main strain isolated from 818 strains of yeastlike fungi was Candida , the isolation rate of C.albicans was the hightest. From the result of drug susceptibility of 157 strains of yeast, the susceptibilities to Amphotricin B, Nystatin, 5 fluorocystine were the highest, and Econazol was the lowest. From the drug susceptibility of 95 strains of yeast, the resistance of C.krusei to fluconazole was the strongest (100%). Conclusions By abusing broad antibiotic, immunity inhibitor and antitumour drugs, the change of fungus infection was increased. The isolation of fungi and the antifungal sensitivity test should be strengthened in order to guide clinical selection of the reasonable antibiotic.
