摘要
目的 :研究香青兰全草的化学成分。方法 :利用RA型大孔树脂 ,聚酰胺和硅胶色谱技术进行分离纯化 ,根据理化性质及各种光谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果 :香青兰乙醇提取物经大孔树脂柱色谱 ,从 50 %乙醇洗脱部分得到 8个化合物 ,分别鉴定为洋芹素 (apigenin ,Ⅰ ) ,木犀草素 (luteolin ,Ⅱ ) ,山柰酚 (kaempferol ,Ⅲ ) ,异鼠李素(isorhamnetin ,Ⅳ ) ,田蓟苷 (tilianin ,Ⅴ ) ,agastachoside (Ⅵ ) ,acacetin 7 O (6 O malonyl β D glucopyranoside ,Ⅶ )和丁香脂素 (syringaresinol,Ⅷ )。结论 :化合物Ⅳ ,Ⅶ和Ⅷ为首次从该属植物中分离得到 ,化合物Ⅰ ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constitue nt s from the whole plant of Dracocephalum moldavica. Method: The compounds were isolated by using column chromatography with RA polysty rene resin, polyamide and silica gel as packing materials, and the structures o f the compounds were identified by means of spectral data. Result: eight compounds were identified as apigenin(Ⅰ), luteolin(Ⅱ), kaempfer ol(Ⅲ), isorhamnetin(Ⅳ), tilianin(Ⅴ), agastachoside(Ⅵ), acacetin-7-O-( 6-O-Malonyl-β-D-glucopyranoside)(Ⅶ) and syringaresinol(Ⅷ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱand Ⅲ were isolated from genus Dra cocephalum for the first time and compoundsⅣ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ were isolated from Dr acocephalum moldavuca for the first time.
