Expression and clinical significance of NF-κB and P21 protein in patients with acute leukemia

摘要 目的:探讨成人急性白血病(acute leukemia,AL)患者骨髓细胞中原代细胞核因子-κB(NF-κB)与P21蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫细胞化学法检测45例初治AL患者,30例AL缓解期患者及30例正常人骨髓细胞中NF-κB与P21蛋白的表达。结果:初治AL患者骨髓细胞中NF-κB与P21蛋白的表达率及表达积分明显高于缓解期患者和正常人(P<0.05),而缓解组和正常组之间比较,P>0.05。初治组中2者表达呈正相关(r=0.767,P<0.05)。结论:白血病细胞中NF-κB及P21蛋白异常高表达,2者偶联活化,共同参与了细胞的恶性转化和增殖。 Aim: To explore the relationship between the expression of NF-KB and P21 in adult acute leukemic cells and their clinical significance. Methods: The expression of NF-KB and P21 in 45 patients with untreateal AL, 30 patients with remission stage of AL and 30 normal controls examined by immunocytochemical staining. Results: The positive rates of NF-KB and P21 in the patients with untreated AL were significantly higher than those in remission stage of AL and normal control group( P >0. 05). There were positive relations between NF-KB and P21 in patients with antreated AL. Conclusion: NF-KB and P21 proteins are super expression and interact to regulate antiapoptosis, the proliferation and the malignant transformation of leukemic cells.
