摘要
以发芽率、初生根长、幼苗长、幼苗植株鲜质量为指标,研究了"威优207"水稻种子对重金属胁迫的耐抗性。在试验设计浓度条件下,试验种子全部萌动,发芽率在80%以上。初生根的耐抗性为锌>锌+汞>汞>铜>汞+铜,锌胁迫下,初生根长缩短25%;汞+铜胁迫下,初生根长缩短85%。幼苗的耐抗性为铜>锌>汞+锌>汞+铜>汞,铜胁迫下,幼苗长缩短10%;汞胁迫下,幼苗长缩短30%。鲜质量的耐抗性为锌>铜>汞+锌>汞+铜>汞,锌胁迫下,鲜质量减少15%;汞胁迫下,鲜质量减少30%。基本结论是"威优207"水稻种子对汞的耐抗性最弱,其初生根对重金属胁迫较敏感。并发现低浓度的铜可以促进"威优207"水稻幼苗伸长。
The article studies the power of paddy seed 'Weiyou 207' to resist the intimidating with Zn, Cu and Hg by the index such as the percentage germination, the length of primary root, the length of early leaf, the fresh weightiness of seeding. All seeds are sprouting in the design condition, and the percentage germination is over 80%. The order of the power of primary root to resist the intimidating with the heavy metal is Zn>Zn+Hg>Hg>Cu>Hg+Cu. The length of primary root has shorten 25% in intimidating with the Zn and shorten 85% in intimidating with the Hg+ Cu. The order of the power of early leaf to resist the intimidating with the heavy metal is Cu>Zn>Hg+Zn>Hg+Cu>Hg. The length of early leaf has shorten 10% in intimidating with the Cu and shorten 30% in intimidating with the Hg. The order of the power of fresh weightiness of seeding to resist the intimidating with the heavy metal is Zn>Cu>Hg+Zn>Hg+Cu>Hg. The fresh weightiness of seeding has reduced 15% in intimidating with the Zn and reduced 30% in intimidating with the Hg. The lower concentration of Cu can facilitate the early leaf of 'Weiyou 207' to elongate.
